Sad vocals packed into a phone, crashes, summers chased by autumn, farewells and goo- dbyes and, above all, an urgency: to turn all these fantasies into an album. An album that, for the first time, is as honest, as upfront and as profound, as if to fully assume the distor- tions of the heart. OUI FUTUR is a frontal pop album in French and Spanish with a dark frenzy. With this release, Parisian duo Ojos follow in the footsteps of the greatest alter- native pop artists. Because Ojos have a way with words and a powerful sound. Their eyes as witnesses to the world (“Ojos” means “eyes” in Spanish), their hearts as screens for the most impenetrable feelings. Following two EPs released in 2021 and 2023, and over a hun- dred concerts, Ojos - that is, Élodie Charmensat and Hadrien Perretant - have succeeded in showcasing their talents as producers to offer an album full of questions about the way to adulthood, love and its impurities, and emancipation.
