Evelinn Trouble – Fools (Single)

In order to collect money for the Black Lives Matter Movement I’m releasing a one-off single called «Fools». It speaks of apathy in the face of doom. Please buy it on bandcamp on June 19th - proceeds go to the NAACP Legal Fund & Alliance against Racial Profiling Switzerland.This song was written around the time when Turkey became a dictatorship by law. The opening line („The village is on fire, the fools just combs his hair“) is an old turkish saying that warns of the dangers of ignorance. The BLM - Movement is our wake-up call: here to remind us that the mechanisms of oppression & discrimination are still the same and there is wake-up-work to do. Support your local black lives matter movement.
