Palinstar is a parallel universe, planet, and self-heroine all at once. Behind the name lies a prolific multi-instrumentalist who has toured globally with Boytoy, supported Caroline Rose and Soap&Skin, performed at KEXP with Kush K. In 2025 she released her Debut: gay stuff and Heart Rock. Or a blend of grand Americana melodies with simple lyrics, inspired by Nirvana and Stevie Nicks, beautifully layered with her deep, sensual voice akin to Angel Olsen or Feist. For her follow up record, Palinstar delves deeper into the experimental-indie Song, channeling melancholic hopecore, inspired by artists like caroline or Lana del Rey. Both worlds of sound that motivate towards self-empowerment and self-care while activating the emotional process.
