Alex Burey – Chocolate

Earlier this year, Domino’s imprint Double Six announced the signing of new multi-instrumentalist and producer Alex Burey. Talking about the song, Burey says: “Chocolate is about intimacy. It was created in my studio & I managed to finish it in a few short sessions. The whole song was sent through a pitcher and lowered to make it all sound extra chocolatey. My favourite part of it is the climbing pitched saxophone which harmonises with another sax line which runs parallel. This part was inspired by ‘Dreams’ by Earth, Wind & Fire.”
